“At first we were hesitant about going with Continental due to the price. We are doing a full home remodel so our budget was limited. Our first encounter was with the salesman Chad. He was so easy going yet thorough. Expressed the patented products and how it’s different than other companies. We decided to move forward because of him. Our project manager is Jeremy. He was just as wonderful. We have been been able to contact him with any questions or concerns throughout the entire project and they have all truly put us at ease. Ralph installed the windows. They were so impressive that we added more! Jose did the siding and what an incredible job he did! Such a hard worker, truly attentive, and does it all with a smile. Rene is installing the gutters and everyone involved in our project has gone above and beyond. The price may be higher but the quality, communication, and attention to detail truly makes it worth every single penny and makes that dollar amount reasonable. We did not just get siding and windows, we got the pristine service from a full team that wanted us happy throughout the process. The warranty is also spectacular. We know that we made the best decision going with Continental. It’s turned an older and very uniquely built rural home into our absolute dream.”
