His bedside manner is amazing, he explains everything so thoroughly in terms that anyone could understand, he’s an amazing surgeon who will not just tell you what you need to do, he will give you options and advise which one he recommends most, but will still give you the autonomy to choose. Everyone I have encountered at this office is so kind, works hard to schedule you at a time that is prompt and also convenient to your schedule. I will never seen another colorectal surgeon for as long as Dr. Maun is practicing.“

“Too bad the same quality of care doesn't extend to Muncie. Pam ensures that Muncie patients are miserable every time she gets on the phone. She hung up on me three times when I was trying to make my very first appointment. She stone walled me and said she didn't have my referral. From the emergency room. That they submitted before I left and said to follow up in three days. Took weeks to get an appointment. She took almost a month to submit my referral for an epidural. Every time I have an appointment she apologizes about the way she treated me on the phone and for not submitting my paperwork. I had been in physical therapy for two months and she never requested my chart. Dr. Robinson didn't know I had failed all my physical therapy check ups. He didn't even know I was in PT! She does it on purpose. She's a psychopath and acts like she owns the office. Because my legs hurt so bad I've got no option but to hound Indiana spine group until they do something. Regardless of if Pam ever wants me to have a normal life again.“

“Our family sees Dr Glover at the Brownsburg location and she is FANTASTIC. The whole organization is run very well. Nurses are smart and efficient. There is a lab in the building so you can get your labs done in house. The best part is that they use MyChart so it's very easy to install the app on your phone and communicate with them securely and get your test results and request prescription refills. Haven't had any weird billing mishaps, and scheduling is very easy. I honestly can't think of any negatives here. Great job, Hendricks Regional!“

“Brownsburg ED Ronald Reagan. Just took my sick 4 year old here (12/18/2024) because it's close. Now I know to take the drive to a different hospital. After an hour and a half, chest X-ray, and nose swab, we got back to the EYE EXAM ROOM. mind you my son is pre-exposed my asthma, his mom and older brother have asthma. Not only did the PA, named Tom, did not want to wait for the results of his tests, he tried to let me go without actually knowing what's wrong with my son other than an ear infection. Assumed it was upper respiratory infection but after he left the room the results of the X-ray were back and read possible early pneumonia. Due to him being negligent my son almost left without having an answer. I'm very disappointed in this emergency room. DO NOT GO. Edit to add: (12/19/2024) they never sent my sons antibiotic in. Also never called with the results of his nasal swab which was positive for the flu.“

“So happy to have found a doctor who hears my concerns and doesn't rush me. My 2 year old son and I share the same family doctor here. Our doctor is wonderful and if my son is sick we can usually call and get in the same or next day to see the doctor. I also like the option to message through mychart. They are always curtious and helpful at the front desk. There are times when they get a rush but I think patience and a little kindness is not much of an ask during the busier times of the year. Also can't beat the newly renovated office, exam rooms, in addition the lab in the building makes lab work or x-rays a quick trip. Hendricks also offers great financial assistance if needed.“
