We sat at the emergency room for an hour and a half and people behind us were still being seen before us, and they could not tell us when we could ever get in. What an absolute joke! Go somewhere else if you have an emergency not here!! Beware!!

The care isn't what it once was. I've had 3 interactions with 3 referrals which all went badly. My primary doctor had to refer me out to another medical professional hospital. And even though I had a simi successful surgery in Danville Regional Hospital 2 years ago. I still can't give them any more than 2 stars. They are hateful about the bill. I was making a continuous payment every month of more than they require and several times I was called and threatened to be turned over to collections if I didn't give them my bank info and agreed to their automated payment method. Sooooo, now they take out less which means it drags out longer. I 'll keep my primary doctor of 17 years but seek referrals outside Hendricks along with hospitalizations. So long Hendricks.

Their occupational health department is HORRENDOUS. They have on multiple cases told patients that they’re “fine” to go back to work, but then the patient goes to their own doctor or to another hospitals ER to find out they are SEVERELY injured! I would not be surprised if one day they are sued for malpractice.
