“No complaints here. These kind souls squeezed me into an already full schedule to help me get tested for flu and COVID during their last hour of business on Christmas Eve. They took care of me like I was their own family and I never felt like a burden or a task to be rushed through. When you’re already feeling physically terrible, that extra dose of kindness can make a world of difference. “I had a thyroid biopsy with Dr. Benedict. Having had a thyroid biopsy elsewhere in Indianapolis several years ago, this was night and day difference. Very quick/efficient, not too painful (more uncomfortable than actually painful - and the discomfort is brief!) and you can tell she is very skilled at what she does. I’m more than happy with my experience here.“
