Dr was very thorough and explained things acceptionally well. Receptionists are polite when greeting you. The waiting areas have always been nice and quiet and so very clean. Also the transportation is great, the drivers are very nice. Enjoyable visits!
THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE, AND YOUR CARE IS GREAT, AS LONG AS YOU FIND THE RIGHT DOCTOR. THEY HAVE SEVERAL SO IF THE FIRST ONE YOU VISIT DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT. DON'T LEAVE, JUST BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH ONE OF THE OTHERS. I HAD TO TRY 3 TIMES BUT ON THE 4TH TRY I NOW HAVE A WONDERFUL DOCTOR, I'M GLAD I DIDN'T GIVE UP!
I have been very happy with the care I've received at Oak Street Health in Speedway! Dr. McCardle and all the staff have been wonderful. It feels more like a community center than a doctor's office because they care for all aspects of health, offering nutrition classes and other activities to promote the health and wellbeing of their patients. They also offer certain testing on-site, making it more convenient. I highly recommend them!
