I've been seeing Dr. Ulbrich since 2013, and she has been wonderful. Everyone from the front office staff to the Nurses, and my doctor are great. They are all kind, welcoming, and professional. Appointments are easy to make, and communication is a breeze. I love that with the MyChart app, I can directly message my doctor with any questions I have. I highly recommend this practice for anyone in need of a primary care physician.

Services include child and adult well assessments, preventative care, newborn care, immunizations and allergy shots, hearing and vision screenings, care for acute and chronic conditions, sports/camp physical exams, employment physical exams, minor fracture care, minor surgical procedures, injections to treat arthritis and joint pain, testing and evaluating for asthma and other lung conditions, initial cardiac evaluation including EKGs and more. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA.
