“After not having much luck with other local HVAC companies I am so thankful to have found this company. Rich was so helpful and professional. He fixed what was wrong with the furnace and explained the issue so I understood what was being done. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had about my unit including what it would take to replace it. Instead of instantly trying to sell me a new furnace he explained that what I had could fixed and would last a bit longer. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs HVAC going forward. “Our a/c unit went out. Paul came out and assessed our situation. He was very professional and informative. He gave us a reasonable and fair price to replace both the a/c unit and furnace. He even called the next day to give us another option that would save us $100 off the original quote. He was booked 2 weeks out for installs and this was the beginning on July. So he purchased 2 window units for us to use until the install was completed. How many companies are willing to do that? The day of the install went very well even though he was short on help. Him and his guy were very courteous and professional. They came back the next day(Saturday) and cleaned the duct work. I would recommend anyone that needs an hvac company to call Arrow Heating \\u0026 Cooling.“
“Need service?? Look no further!!Bennett and Campbell is the place you need to call.. we were without heat for a month and could not find anyone to help us. I made about 10-15 calls and many of them were charging outrageous fees and some flat out said that they didn’t do warranty work…our heat exchanger on our furnace was cracked.I got online and searched again here close to home and saw the nice reviews on the website so I called told them about our dilemma…they were out the next day!! This all transpired in between Christmas and New Years so they were busy!They told me the heat exchanger yes was indeed cracked and needed replaced and so they had to order it. This was one day before New Years Eve..said it might be several days because of the holidays and such. I got a call Jan. 2 just 4 days later they wanted to come that morning. So Brice came and did the work.I can’t say enough about this company from my first initial discussion with Annette, to the tech installer Brice who was so helpful and such a personable, professional and all around caring guy! He and Tom were genuinely concerned about our being without heat and wanted us to get up and running asap.Thanks to Tom, Annette and Brice you all made a crazy cold experience a little better to deal with! “I want to give a shout-out to Brian at Reeder Heating and Air. Last week he could have tried to sell me a whole new furnace as my 17 year old furnace's heat exchanger (think engine of a car) went out. Instead, he was honest and told me how Lennox has a 20 year warranty on that part and gave me the option of just having that main part replaced, or a whole new system. As a woman, I especially appreciate this. Not only this, but the total for extra parts and labor came in under my estimate!“
