After consultation with some friends, I decided to call an advisor out. Austin came out and he was the best. He spent a lot of time showing me what was going on and really new his stuff, in my opinion. I learned more that day than I really needed to know probably. In the end I had to have a new heat pump installed. He went through all the choices, good and bad, and in the end, I bought one that I thought was best for me.
The next week 2 men came out and installed the system. One worked outside and one at the main heat pump in the garage. They asked me if I had any questions, I stated one. Do you mind if I hang out with you to see what is going...read full review
