“I can't recommend Price Heating & Air enough. They're extremely quick coming out, honest and the prices are fair. I was paying a monthly service fee for Basset Services. When my furnace went out on a Saturday and I called for help they didn't show up. 5 hours and 6 phone calls to Basset only to be continuously ignored. My parents recommended Price and they showed up quick!!! I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I'd never look anywhere else after how well the service went with Price. “I am more than pleased that we partnered with Good Guys to replace our home furnace and AC. I had my AC go out back in August and I called Michael Scobee. He wasn't pushy and helped me understand what was going wrong with my system. We discussed replacement pricing for my system but I ended up fixing it myself. He didn't make me feel bad for that and said he is always there to help. Fast forward to this week when my furnace heat went out. I called Michael and he worked me in later that day, which was a Friday. He tried to fix the Furnace and actually got it running, but he showed me how the circuit board kept failing. We discussed pricing and it was very reasonable. He did not pressure me to go with new, but I didn't want to invest more money into an old system. He was able to come out the next day, Saturday morning, at 7 am and installed a whole new furnace and AC unit in under 6 hours. I thought it was great that another local Good Guys person came out and helped him with the install too, Josh. They were both very professional and did fantastic work and our new furnace and AC are working great. I can't say enough good things about Michael and Good Guys. I am happy to say that I now have my HVAC and Plumbing contact for the remaining time that I own my home!“

“I called Pepper HVAC on a Saturday night when our A/C went out. Bob squeezed us in on Sunday morning first thing since we were having a birthday celebration that day and because there was rain for the next 3 days in the forecast and he was going to be working on the outside unit. Based on what I had told him over the phone, he was hoping it was a simple fix, and it was exactly what he thought. He was done in under an hour.
