Lee gave us fair estimates and took his time to answer our questions and address our concerns by explaining the technical aspects of different models of AC units. Technician Evan, Drew and Mattel worked together as an amazing team. They were professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. They worked systematically by building solid foundation for outdoor units, removing old systems and setting up new AC systems. They made sure that everything is done right. They were respectful and courteous. We are very pleased with their work. Shirley and Christin at the office are very friendly and willing to help. They took all my calls and helped me with scheduling. Boss Dan was wonderful and responded to my questions and gave me clear instructions regarding the rebate programs. Christin got all the Nipsco Energy Rebate Program documents prepared for us to start the process. We are so grateful for Element Masters help! Their air conditioning service is outstanding! Jordan and grant ( I believe) covered my 4 trees with a tarp and helped me secure the load. They guaranteed the tarp until I made it out of the parking lot 😂. But it made it all the way back and I didn’t have to keep it under 100 ! Thanks guys! Great job!

Great price and super friendly staff! I love that they use the ProAdjuster and minimal, only necessary, hand on manipulation for adjustments. I had bad experiences when I was a teenager and everytime I would leave I would have a headache or migraine, but I have went here for my tension headaches and felt some relief after my appt. My husband has visited for his shoulder and rib tip pain, and my grandmother has went for lower back and hip pain. When my gma fractured her hip and needed surgery, the front desk staff actually called me a couple times to see how she was doing and made notes in her chart, which I thought was wonderful because they should have updated medical info as well...did I mention the staff and doctors are amazingly friendly?!
I had an amazing deep tissue massage today and the things I asked to be worked on was hands down the best massage I have ever received. Marilyn was attentive and asked me questions before my massage. I will never have anyone work on me ever again. She is hands down the best! Our community is so lucky to have someone who truly cares about her profession.

Brook was fantastic and hit the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE nail on the head. She answered all my questions and was able to schedule an appointment rather quickly.
Kate was enthusiastic and so friendly with both our fur baby as well as us humans (skills that seem to be drifting away from techs these days - usually good with one or the other, not both).
Dr. Sheppard was amazing as she helped us learn about our new fur baby (kitten) and how to best take care of her. We never had the sense of being rushed or having silly questions throughout our visit (so “down-to-earth”)! It was nice to feel valued with our concerns and time.
Heather was very helpful as we were about to head out but had some questions about our older fur baby (dog). She got us scheduled for an appointment and seemed genuinely concerned about her possible ear infection (their cancellation list was a huge help to get our girl in earlier than the first available…2 days later! Thank you!).
The environment was comforting, clean, and had a relaxed feeling, like being at home (extremely important if you have animals that tend to have vet visit anxiety). There were NO strong cleaner, animal waste or hospital-like aromas at all! Everyone was enthusiastic about what they do and service seemed to be from the heart. It is SO important to work with others that actually care (in word and deed).
All that written, cost was very reasonable, too. We highly recommend Middlebury Animal Clinic to everyone!!! Thank you so much ladies ☺️ We look forward to caring for our furry family members with you for years to come!!!

Just discovered Sam has this review area so I’m going to leave a review from I don’t know six or seven years ago. He came out to the horse Ranch and fix my front load LG washing machine and it has worked flawlessly ever since now. Exceptional I can say this at 61 Sam you rock

We operate a small custom food truck manufacturer and we had a system requiring an under the vehicle LP tank plumbed to 2 pizza ovens inside. I wanted to get some guidance on the installation and so I reached out to Washburn Heating and Cooling and they did an amazing job helping us out.
The first visit we reviewed our installation and found we needed some parts to do it correctly. The tech went out and got the right parts himself for us while he was running around that day and dropped off!! With his guidance we installed the system, but when testing found we had some leaks (from our own handiwork).
We called them again and another tech came out that day and re-did our connections until the system was leak free. The quick response, the trustworthy advice, the quality work and honestly I was expecting to be charged double of what they did invoice us for! I will only be calling on them for our business and residential needs from now on.

Cecil's repaired an old but repairable and workable York furnace that needed a motherboard replaced. They rewired it, and got heat to the house. Cecil's repair cost was $300+ with call, repair and part. I was impressed because 3 other previously called heating and cooling companies called prior and they either declined repair or couldn't get the part or was unable to repair the furnace. Cecil's repair was cheaper than all 3 others (Summers, Church, & Dave's). I would recommend their knowledge about furnaces, honesty they showed and explanations offered. They took over two hours to repair the furnace and even said they had to do a reverse rewiring, so it took longer than they thought it should so they didn't charge for the additional hour to figure it out. That's honesty! Furnace was fixed after trying 3 other companies prior to Cecil's coming. They were referred to us by the Mid City Supply Company that supplies York Furnace parts for repair. And it paid off. I will pick Cecil's again for repairs.

I've been here about 4 and half years and I like them. I have not had a problem with them at all. Don't talk to a driver that has only been there a few months talk to the Driver's that have been there for years. There is a reason they have been there for years.

James was very friendly dependable and did a great job and also helped us out a lot we asked God for help and he provided it it was very cold out today but James came and braved the cold to unfreeze our water pipes under our trailer that we just bought last year me and my wife are very thankful he came and gave us our water again working great so we could flush our toilets take a shower etc would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumber that will do a great job may God bless him for all his kindness he showed us

I showed her the 2 haircuts I thought could support my current varied hair lengths and my personal preferences. She told me which one and as to why. I was very impressed with her knowledge and skills

Jill at Infuse Salon is the best haircutter I’ve ever had. I’d you have fine/thin hair, she’s the one to see. I also have her dye my eyebrows.
We had such a great first experience here! I wanted to leave a detailed review because I know there are some older negative reviews from the previous ownership, and I really think people should give this salon under the new ownership a chance.
Having lived in a much larger city most of my life before moving to Indiana a couple of years ago, one thing I’ve struggled with is finding a nail salon that gives you the whole experience — beautiful, high-quality nails, a comfortable atmosphere, good customer service, and a reasonable price. After a few not-so-great experiences at other salons over the past couple of months, I decided to bring my daughter here for a gel manicure, and I’m so glad we did. We walked in around 5:00 on a Saturday and were greeted by a male nail technician. We showed him a picture of what my daughter wanted, and from the beginning he was welcoming, patient, and made her feel very comfortable. He talked her through what he was doing, confirmed the shape she wanted, and most importantly, he did NOT rush her service.
Another customer came in while he was working on her and had to wait, but he never started speeding through my daughter’s nails just because someone else was waiting. I appreciate that SO much because one of my biggest frustrations with nail salons is paying for a service and feeling like your technician is rushing to get to the next person.
I also noticed how honest and respectful they were with other walk-ins. A couple came in asking for pedicures, and instead of giving them an unrealistic wait time just to get them to stay, he was upfront about how long the wait would be. They decided not to wait, but he was still incredibly kind and professional with them. I would much rather a business be honest with me about a wait than tell me “five minutes” when it’s really going to be 30+.
The salon itself was very clean, nice, and calming. The atmosphere was comfortable, and we noticed the technicians actually having conversations with their clients and making people feel welcome. It didn’t feel rushed or chaotic at all. And most importantly — my daughter’s nails turned out BEAUTIFUL! 💅 We were only charged $45 for her service, which I thought was extremely reasonable considering both the quality of her nails and the experience we received. We happily tipped $10 because the service deserved it. We will absolutely be coming back. ❤ From our experience, they’re doing a wonderful job. Beautiful nails are important, but the way you’re treated while you’re there matters too, and they delivered on both. Highly recommend giving them a try!
