This lady is exceptionally good at what she does. Very knowledgeable. I have been to several other people, and they were ok. When I started going to Tara I really noticed the difference in my overall well being. My body feels sooo much better.

I felt like I was taking care of by the best. And the therapist had a lot of wisdom and I did not have to explain my situation as she figured it out on her own. I felt like I was in good hands!

Tara's massages have been great at releasing tension in my neck and shoulders. I took advantage of the sauna/red light therapy special- after 4 sessions I have noticed that my Raynaud's symptoms are greatly reduced!
