I have been to other Eye Drs and I can honestly say that this eye dr took the time to really listen to me. He adjusted the exam around me. As a bigger woman it's hard trying to feel comfortable at a drs office anyway. The staff was really concerned about me and was very patient and understand. I highly recommend if you need your eyes checked, come to Quality Optical in Middlebury, where they care about people.
Wonderful customer service.My grandson broke his glasses and we went to Sturgis to Walmart and an eyeglasses place. Neither place would fix them because he didn't buy them there. We went to Quality Optical and found out he needed complete new frames. The gentleman working there had his lenses in new frames within half an hour. He was very friendly and informative and made my visit there a breeze. I can't recommend this place enough!
