I reached out to SCG Appliances and had a response within an hour. Sam was great at communicating and had us set up for an appointment that same week. He arrived within the time given and had the problem figured out with our dishwasher in 30 minutes. He set a new appointment to fix the machine after the part arrived and had us ready to roll the following week! I thought I was going to have to spend $1000 on a new dishwasher, thankful that SCG saved us hundreds of dollars so we didn't have to.
