Checked furnace and installed new one. Excellent service, answers all your questions, show you everything you need to know, and very polite and easy to talk to. Would recommend to everyone.

I'm not even a customer and had an issue that needed immediate attention. I called this company and spoke with Bob. He was kind enough to walk me through the details of my boiler heater issues. It's businesses like this that people want, a trustworthy honest company. I look forward to hiring this company for my future heating and cooling needs. So grateful! Bob came out on a Saturday because my furnace quit blowing. Extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very helpful and kind. Reasonable rates even for a Saturday. Was able to get the furnace running again when there was a hard to find blockage. Explained everything in detail. Will gladly go to A Good Neighbor Heating & Cooling again. Highly recommend!
