Jim is the absolute best! I cannot recommend him and his his business enough. Originally my air conditioner was not working, my dad and I we are Home Depot and got approached by a guy stating that someone could come and look at my air conditioner for $25.00. So I made an appt. When the technician from ARS got to my house it ended up being $109. He stated that the compressor was bad in my 7 yr old unit and that the part would be $4000. My husband’s boss recommended Jim and he was going to install a new unit before he did he checked the breaker and our unit came right on. We lost heat when the temps were in the negatives. We expected next day service as we knew there would be tons of no heat calls. They were out within a few hours and had it up and running in no time. Travis and Evan did an exceptional job while being friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
