Grace was amazing! I had never done dry needling before, and now I can't stop recommending it to people. I had been struggling to find a physical therapist to acknowledge that anything was wrong until I had a consultation at wildflower. Grace asked questions to understand where my pain was coming from which was lacking from all the other places I visited. Extremely happy with the help I received.
Grace is the best! I was going for pelvic floor PT and I dislocated my knee between sessions. Grace was great at adapting my plan and supplementing the PT I was doing elsewhere for my knee while still helping me work towards the pelvic floor goals I’d initially come in to work on.
I’ve seen Anna before for chronic neck issues (she introduced me to dry needling which was been life changing for my 8+ yrs of neck issues after a car accident). BUT I wanted to post in the reviews how glad I am to be seeing Grace for pelvic floor PT for this second postpartum season. Pelvic floor PT options in downtown Indy are very limited, so I’m extra pumped for Dr Grace to have joined their team.
They are both excellent PTs and care about your specific goals and your full body holistically.
