“I went to ProTeam Tactical in Merrillville Indiana where Betsy was my physical therapist. I had a complete tear of one of my quad muscles. I went into PT not knowing if I would have to retire medically. After the first week I still wasn’t sure I would be able to return to work. The second week I was able to improve my range of motion which gave me confidence. By the end of PT I was able to do the full range of the exercises, jog, and sprint. They took care of me like I was their own family and I never felt like a burden or a task to be rushed through. I was also impressed with the relatively low out of pocket costs, given that they were unable to use my insurance because I don’t live here. The waiting room was calm and comfortable. “David has enabled me to continue my career in IT. Although the treatment is uncomfortable at times, the relief is immediate. I’ve been a patient of David’s for several years now, and our first encounter was post unnecessary surgery for carpal and cubical tunnel release on my left arm. Thanks to David, I avoided a second unnecessary surgery on the right arm(same conditions as the left), and I continue to see him when something hurts beyond my body’s ability to heal. “This past April I was in a car wreck. I broke my back, foot and ankle. I tore my fascia ,tendons, and the Achilles. I had surgery October 2 of 2025. Eight weeks after that I started a physical therapy. Up to that point I had basically been on crutches, walking boots and cast. I was completely inactive for 9 months. I reached out to the Stretch Lab and talked to Abby in December. After consulting with the doctors I decided to go to the Stretch Lab to get some help in recovering from my back injuries and foot surgery. My hope was that it would aid in my physical therapy in the long haul. However, The Stretch Lab has far out weighed any expectations that I may have had of it. Not only has aided in my physical therapy, but it has become the main driving force in my recovery. My physical therapist and surgeon is amazed at the speed of my recovery. The treatments I received for the stretch lab has improved my flexibility, balance, and strength in record time. I still have a ways to go but I’m back in the pool, gym. and slowly integrating CrossFit into my daily routine. I believe without Abby and the Stretch Lab team it would’ve taken months longer To get to where I’m at today.“

“I had a great experience here doing a walk-in urgent care visit. I didn't have to wait long - maybe 10 minutes at the most - and everyone I encountered was very nice from the front desk staff to the x-ray tech to the doctor who assessed me. Thankfully my issue wasn't serious and I was out of there in a flash. I would definitely return here if I needed to, although I hope it's not any time soon!“
