“This is an awesome gym. Not only is it a gym it's a Jiu-Jitsu family. They are all very nice and welcoming. They make sure that everyone is comfortable and welcomed. They are very honest and upfront. They have multiple class times to accommodate everyone. They not only teach adult Jiu-Jitsu they also have a kids class and a women's only class. They also have Muay Thai / kick boxing and wrestling classes. If you're considering any of these sports you should definitely check them out. My son has and continues to learn so much from this gym. Not only from Coach Board but all of his teammates as well. I couldn't ask for a better establishment for my son to be a part of.“

“Great for kids of all ages! They have kids that look about pre-k aged and preteen aged kids. They have great options no matter what level your child is at. The coaches are very hands on and show the kids the moves step by step. If you're thinking about starting this is a great place!“

“I have been very pleased with the structure and activity of Grandmaster Pak’s dojo. We have a son that has been a part of the dojo for just over two years. Many of the Grandmaster Pak’s dojo principles re-emphasize what we’re teaching our son at home.
