The workouts I've had at All American Karate Academy (bootcamp and kickboxing) have all been quality! They seem to be structured and designed for all levels of fitness and everyone is very friendly and welcoming! Niki is very motivating, knowledgeable, prepared and super friendly ( if you're reading this, maybe less burpees next time? ) I highly recommend All American Karate Academy!
