“I'm seriously hooked from one class, which is my free trial. Michael is extremely information and knows what he's doing, plus entertaining and funny! I've tried different classes and they teach everyone the same, Michael used a different approach that I'm accustomed to. He asked why I was there and work around my needs not just wants.
I learned sooo much in one free class than I did paying for bbj. He's gentle yet powerful...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

He's super patient which is exactly what my son who is on the autism spectrum needs. He and the other instructors makes sure their technique is at the appropriate level.
