“MMACR is a great place to learn combat sports. I am a beginner and for the past month Coach Daniel teaches really well and is passionate about combat sports. He teaches with patience and helps correct mistakes you make along the way.“

“I'm seriously hooked from one class, which is my free trial. Michael is extremely information and knows what he's doing, plus entertaining and funny! I've tried different classes and they teach everyone the same, Michael used a different approach that I'm accustomed to. He asked why I was there and work around my needs not just wants.
I learned sooo much in one free class than I did paying for bbj. He's gentle yet powerful...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Master Mountain’s lessons are not limited to the physical art. He encourages discipline, respect and focus by giving advice to young inspiring minds. We are so impressed with his life lessons and leadership. We can easily see how valuable their curriculum is for our oldest so we decided to enroll our 3 and 6 year old girls as well. The training gives me peace of mind that all three of my girls will be able to protect themselves if a situation ever arises. “I have been very pleased with the structure and activity of Grandmaster Pak’s dojo. We have a son that has been a part of the dojo for just over two years. Many of the Grandmaster Pak’s dojo principles re-emphasize what we’re teaching our son at home. It’s always good to have a community that our children can be a part of, that will emphasize the principles of discipline, work ethic, respect for self and others, healthy communication, self-awareness, confidence, and more. “My son goes has been going to this dojo for almost a year and he really likes it. Sensei Caleb is excellent with all of the kids. He's super patient which is exactly what my son who is on the autism spectrum needs. He and the other instructors makes sure their technique is at the appropriate level. My son did their weeklong summer camp and had an absolute blast. They have other social events throughout the year to provide a great foundation for friendships to form. I highly recommend this dojo to anyone who is looking to get into karate or has recently moved to the area and searching for a new home.“
