While the experience has been amazing, we've also had a lot of leaky kinks along the way and I'm so glad we found Summers Plumbing. We had another plumber out recently for another issue and while they were great, we needed someone with bigger guns for the current problem that we thought was a main leak in our subfloor. Lo and behold, it was not a main issue but our hose bib leaking upon random usage into a basement wall and causing quite the stink in the 40 year old carpet Mike Ward was the man we didn't know we always needed lol he is a MASTER plumber, literally and he came to lil ol us and solved our worries in 11 minutes. This is what you pay for people, not the labor time, not even the material fees- you pay for the expertise that was learned and lived by the service provider before you even knew you had a problem. His education shows and we're so thankful for him! He even came back himself with a really nice tech named Jace and completed the difficult repair quickly. A leak hates to see Mike and Jace coming thank you Summers! A previous employee actually recommended them and if that doesn't speak to their integrity then I don't know what will!“

“Our first experience with Best Mechanical was a major residential project. Our house is on a concrete slab and the water lines within the concrete slab were about 18 years old and the copper tubing had started to fracture in various places all over the house under the concrete. Adam Pontrich and his crew came and inspected and upon assessment we had an excellent open discussion of the available options. Because there was no way to guarantee that there would not be future failures over time of the copper tubing in the slab The solution was to go with insulated pex waterlines in the attic above. This necessitated significant plumbing and drywall work. Their crew did an absolutely first class job on time within the quote and we couldn’t have been more impressed.

We just recently had Best Mechanical replace our gas water heater and inspect and do maintenance on our HVAC system. The HVAC tech, Mike did an excellent job and adjusted the blower speed on our unit so that the AC would do a better job of drawing out humidity while at the same time not have to run as often. We would’ve never known!
The plumbing tech, Chris did an excellent job. He is not only a first rate plumber he’s a first rate individual. Best Mechanical is blessed to have him on their team .“
