Carson was great for us. Showed up on time, was polite, educational, and reasonable. He made sure I understood all of the details of the issue as well as every possible way said issue could be remedied. Look forward to working with him more in the future.

Carson did an excellent job today checking my air conditioner, including the blower down in the cellar . What I really appreciated was his honesty about what did and did not need to be done and educating me on some of the reasons why things might be a safety concern. He also listened to me when I described the situation I was in and answered the questions I had. This is my second time having Hoppy Heating and Air over here at my house and both times I’ve been impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and diligence of these guys. Highly recommended!
