It was extremely easy to work with Michael on picking out new flooring. The project was well managed and during install the attention to detail was very apparent. The installer went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with final result. The flooring was slightly lower and he modified trim to allow my ikea shelving to fit flush against wall as it did prior to the project . The cost for flooring was comparable to other estimates. He personally came out to check out the damage and the repair progress, and continued to communicate clearly and consistently throughout the process. He noticed an area in need of repair that the subcontractor had missed, and sent the team back to address it. In addition he personally fixed a gate latch that was not part of the repair, but that we did not have the tools to fix ourselves. He is efficient, polite and easy to work with, and went above and beyond expectations. It was a welcome relief when dealing with a sudden unfortunate repair such as ours.
