“I recently had Mr. Electric of Lombard out to do a pretty complicated job, which included installing a new GFI switch and a Ring floodlight through an overhead soffit with EXTREMELY limited space. “I consider Jeff to be a teaching and reorganizing electrician. During this hot spell, the window AC tripped a circuit breaker. I was afraid to try it again, had to get it going, as my wife is 95, I'm 86.
Jeff checked out the AC, checked the circuit breaker, taught me that this kind of AC draws a spike of a charge when started, explained that there is a reset button on the plug. I had seen that but didn't know how to use it (our son bought it for us, so he has that paperwork for it.)
He moved the plug for a lamp, so that the AC doesn't have to share.
I appreciate all those things jeff said and did.
I asked how to pay him. Jeff said there 'd be no charge. This thank you is the least I can do in return.
