Extremely happy with Mr. Electric and the technician, Sergio. He was respectful and knowledgeable. The cost for replacing a utility light in my basement was very reasonable and I shopped around. One of their competitors quoted me 3 times the cost and when I questioned the cost the office manager was supposed to get back to me with a better price and of corse never did. I will definitely use Mr. Electric again.

I had a relatively small electrical issue involving a “chirping” fire alarm unit that I wanted to replace with one that is Ring App capable (and it was about 20 feet upon a wall above some stairs). Scott Patterson from Mr Electric of Lombard came to the rescue. They were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
