Visited IVX today 7/14…while the staff is friendly and service is great I must say the company needs to work on their staffing. I come for an injection every 4 weeks and I make my next appt at that time…I got a call yesterday, 7/13, saying I needed to change my appt time because the day was getting too congested…what…staff makes the appt and if the day is busy administration should be able to see that ahead of time and schedule staff accordingly. Clearly there seems to be a lot of changes going on at IVX and I hope this is an area they work on.
Nice and clean facility. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff and Nursing staff. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel comfortable considering the nerves with starting this process.
The staff here are amazing, they are all so kind I can't believe it and I've been going here for about 2 years now. Christine, the front desk manager and handles operations as well as a lot of other things, is such a positive person... I enjoy seeing her each time I come in. They have snacks, gatorades, water, tea, coffee, whatever you need, and more. They have TV's, couches, comfy chairs, and again, the registered nurses there, or nurses in general, are absolutely amazing - need to touch on that again.
