When my daughter recommended Bernie, I was skeptical at first. On my very first visit he was extremely thorough. It went beyond the 15 minute quick chat. We reviewed my medical history in great detail, took good for labs and due to my history, suggested an additional panel of blood work. He changed my bp meds, which no other physician had ever suggested. When my lab results came back, he put together a very specific list of vitamins based on my bloodwork. It was extremely difficult to find out how bad my results actually were. In my first follow up. I lost 8 lbs of fat, results show 3 sets of numbers going down!
