I can’t say enough good things about the Illinois Back Institute in Arlington Heights . When I first came in, my pain was a 9 out of 10 and I could barely walk. Simple things like getting out of bed, standing for more than a few minutes, or even walking around were extremely difficult.
After following my treatment plan, my pain is gone I’m at 0 pain level. I can now do so much more without worrying about my back holding me back. I’m back to enjoying my daily activities, moving comfortably, and living without constant pain.

There aren’t enough words to describe the gratitude for which I hold for Illinois Back Institute. If it wasn’t for Luba, Maggie, and Julianna, I would not be able to walk today. Altogether I have been in pain for 11 months, five months ago I started at Illinois back Institute. I went in there with a pain level of 10 and as of right now I am at a 2 and still continuing PT. They do Spinal decompression standing, walking, sitting, and lying down. Every routine is customized to your injury and recovery time is different for everybody.
