Initial service visit was within 1.5 days of call and lasted a couple hours. Eric was very knowledgable and open to questions. The pesticide used does not have a chemical/pesticidy smell, but rather a quiet lavender'ish scent. Actually quite pleasant. The 2 week follow-up revealed no signs of the little invaders and was just as painless as the initial visit. All in all, I highly recommend Eco Pest Solutions in the Chicagoland area. “We live in a beautiful old house built in 1910, and some cracks had opened up which lead to a tricky mouse problem in our home. “We were having problems with ants in the house. Mark was very responsive to our call. He and his son came out in late May and sprayed the inside and outside of the house. They took more care inside, as we have 2 cats, by spraying along the baseboards and then wiping them down after the product had time to seep into the house. No issues with our cats. We've seen only a few ants since then but Mark said that was to be expected as they ants take the poison back to the colony to spread. Mark will be back in September to reapply before winter. “Vlad is hands down the best in the city for BedBug removal. My 3 story apartment building had an infestation. He was able to get me in fast and in two sessions, all bed begs are gone from all 3 apartments! The treatments are proven effective and safe for animals as well. Easy clean up too. “I hired this company for my 94 year old mom. They went the extra mile helping us to prepare for the heat treatment which was great since my mom is not very mobile at her age. The 2 gentleman that showed up to do the job were very polite and personable, we trusted them right away. Best of all the bed bugs were gone that same day and it was a year old infestation.
