I had found a dead mouse in my crawlspace. I reached out to another pest control group first who never returned my calls. My coworker (who is also my neighbor) recommended Pointe. I called and the man I talked to (Dave?) was so nice and helpful! They had availability as early as next day. Leo came out to the house, he was very thorough and professional. He found an entry point and blocked it up as well as some other possible ones. He was quick, efficient and knows his job well. I do like the fact the plan also takes care of spiders and ants. I’m looking forward to the peace of mind I’ll get this winter season!

We absolutely love working with Dan from Pointe Pest Control! He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help us resolve any pest issues that come up. He takes the time to answer all of our questions, explain things thoroughly, and make sure we feel taken care of. He even helped recommend a bug spray that would be safe for our tiny human, which we really appreciated as parents! It’s clear that Dan genuinely cares about his customers and their families. We couldn’t recommend him enough and are so grateful to have someone we can count on whenever we need help!

Seems like he did a good job. I was out but got notification on my cameras someone was at my deck. It looked like a thorough job. I would prefer if you could email in advance so if I am away my wife will know to expect them. Thanks
