Great experience as usual with JD at Chem-Wise! This technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming with questions when interfacing with management and tenants. I would definitely appreciate him returning, however, all the technicians from this company have really been great and have a strong thread of knowledge in the business of pest control. We have them for quarterly services and they are great with timing whether it’s on the visit or between the visits. I would definitely recommend them! Also the chemicals they use are pet friendly! He was on time (actually, a few minutes early-bonus pts for no waiting!), very professional and polite, explained what he was doing and why, and then took the appropriate time to explain what to expect and answer my questions.
