This morning Steve Ruiz came to our home for the tri annual treatment Upon arrival he was having mechanical problems with his truck. Later, just before 5:00pm he returned to perform the service that he was unable to perform in the morning. He was very apologetic and provided a thorough spraying of the exterior! Steve is the BEST technician!

I'm not sure whether the ants put out the word that they would be better off moving on down the street or that Chem-Wise's regular search and destroy visits were extremely effective but the ants are gone...and that's good. Very good.
Prevention of micro-ants that we have had every spring for several years. IN the past, they also helped with those new stink bugs.
What impressed me today is that the tech knocked on the door to let us know he was here - a requirement for any workman on our property but not one that other service companies always comply with despite multiple requests.
