I wish more companies had their level of client service and quality driven mindset. They have a great selection of product, nice sample sizes to better visualize and the best/fairest prices. We recently replaced all the flooring in our home consisting of various flooring (hardwood, engineered wood, carpeting) with LVP. As w/ any project w/ older homes, you never know what to expect and whatever came about, Gary and team ensured all was completed accurately and of quality. Chase Martin came out on a Sunday for an emergency call on one of the hottest weekends of the 2023 summer. He found that the blower on the furnace had failed. Being a holiday weekend, the part could not be found until Tuesday. Chase gave me ideas on how to keep the house cool and carried my very heavy dehumidifier up the stairs to help my living room feel cooler. He was conscientious, kind and apologetic that he couldn't help me right away.

I think this salon has gotten some (deserved) bad review in the past, but, Just went today for a pedicure and was very pleased. New ownership and it shows. Anyone that had an issue with them in the past, should probably give this salon another try, new owner seems VERY eager to please. I just had one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time.
I called A Plus Decorating to have my rental townhome painted before being put up on the market. After calling two other companies to find out that they were booking projects 2-4 months out, I became doubtful that I would be able to get anyone to complete the project on such short notice. The third phone call I made was to A Plus Decorating and I got a hold of Chano. After explaining my situation, ***** asked a number of relevant questions and then asked if he could see the property. I told him whenever he could squeeze me in, I would be available to show it to him. He asked to meet THAT DAY at noon and I said yes! I took Chano around the townhome showing him damage that needed to be repaired and all that I would like donesome necessary, some optional. ***** spent a great amount of time detailing all my requests and by the next date I had an quote for all the projects we had discussed. The quote came back and it was more than I wanted to spend, but what I really liked about this quote, was that it was itemized!! I was able to pick and choose projects I thought were most important to get accomplished and those that fit within the budget I wanted to spendwhich I LOVED!! He also told me the project would take one week to complete, which I was perfect for my timeline.After signing the adjusted contract, work started the next day and was completed in the promised 5 days. Every single, dent, ding, nail pop and damaged wall had been repaired and painted to perfection!! I walked around in awe as to how amazing the property looked! In addition, there was absolutely no evidence that a major crew had been there for 5 days, everything was cleaned perfectly!***** is an amazing ethical businessman that wants to provide a great service and quality product to his clients. We started working with DTS in 2021 when we were building out a new office. Since then they have done a total tech upgrade on a different office, and we just finished working with them on a build out for another new office. Carl and Mike worked with us every step of the way from meeting on site for initial planning through the installation and for any follow-up needed after the install. They are always available for questions and assistance throughout the projects. When it comes to installation, Nick and Joe are amazing, as is the rest of their installation team. We also use them for tech support for our offices. They are very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend DTS for any projects, big or small, and for their support services.

My MFP (Multi Function Printer, copier, scanner, fax) needed repair and Will could tell me over the phone what the problems likely were. I took my machine in, he was correct, gave me an estimate, and ordered the parts. The machine was ready for pickup the next afternoon. Pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, efficient, quick service, and reasonable. Can't ask for more. Well worth the drive to Wauconda.

We were fortunate to be introduced to Aaron Zych and ILT Vignocchi 3 years ago by our builder, who recommended we include Aaron in the early design phases of our new home project. There were some elevation challenges, and we needed our outdoor living space, which is very important to us, to be as wheelchair accessible as possible.
Aaron was precisely the right person for the job. For starters, his enthusiasm is contagious! He is organized, artistic, and has the architectural vision that puts the right element—hardscape or plant—in the right space, and at the same time, honors the surroundings. We are mostly a woodland setting, and our landscape blends beautifully. The patio, pergola, and retaining walls that Aaron designed, and ILT Vignocchi installed, enhance the architecture of the house perfectly.
Because we opted to do the plantings over 2+ years, we have had the pleasure of working with Aaron throughout that time. All the plants have been extremely healthy…and knock on wood….he may have outwitted the deer!

Donna and her team have done a great job, and kudos to them for coaxing a nice lawn out of tough and rocky soil. Donna makes herself very accessible and she is a pleasure to work with.

Friday( 09-02-2022) I walked into this establishment desperate to book an appointment for my yorkie. The appointment I had at Pet Supplies Plus was canceled on me that same day and I was so upset. My yorkie needed grooming asap. I proceeded to google search and call the nearby grooming places and nobody answered their phones. While driving back home I saw Wag-n-Wheel Dog Grooming and decided to stop and hopefully book an appointment. The lady was so nice and understanding. Even though she was busy grooming a pup, she asked me to come back with my dog that very same day!! I am so grateful and thankful that even though she was so busy, she made room for my pup that day.
