Will is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He's also honest. More than once he's told me, 'It'll cost you more to have me fix this than to purchase a new one.' (I tend to have older equipment.)

I have been using Oakwood Technology services for many years. I have always been very pleased with the excellent service from Oakwood Technologies. The owner, Will Pastor, is an honest, knowledgeable, and fair business owner and technician. I appreciate will's integrity, which is refreshing and rare in today's business world! Will's service is always prompt. I highly recommend Oakwood Technologies to anyone who want superb customer service and care and reliable repairs for their devices!

I made one phone call into Oakwood Technologies this morning and was greeted very professionally. Less than 5 minutes later my call was returned by Will and I explained the small issue I had with a connection on a circuit board. With no hesitation at all Will says I can take care of that for you. We set a time to meet and he made the repair while I waited . Now that's customer service!!! I completely see why Oakwood Tech has been in business for 31 years! Thank you for your help today guy's! And my lite up display is up and working great again!
