Raccoon scat found in attic. Andy inspected roof, and attic. No entry point found. Removed soiled area, sanitized area, and replaced insulation. Andy was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Price was reasonable. I would call them again if needed.

Adam came in and evaluated the site, took measurements of the two gable vents and the bathroom and microwave vent and provided estimate, which i approved. Came in two days later on time, installed the wire mesh over the vents painted to match. Crawled inside the attic removed huge bird nest that has hasaccumulated over the years, and cleaned and sanitized the area. I'm very happy with the work performed at a reasonable price.
