Totally Clean cleaned my area rug and it came back perfect. I even had some red nail polish that they were able to get out. They picked it up and dropped off according to my schedule which I appreciate.

I had three small orientals and two medium-sized Sardi rugs cleaned. Pick-up and return was prompt, pleasant, and professional, the time out of the house very reasonable, and the result made me happy. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

This is my second time using Totally Clean for cleaning my area rugs and I was just as pleased the second time! Quick and responsive communication from start to finish. They did an excellent job cleaning my rugs and the pick up and drop off service was greatly appreciated. Both times I had my rugs back within a week. Very satisfied customer and will continue to use and recommend them highly!
