We stopped in and they were all very kind and we felt like family immediately. Connor was very helpful and knowledgeable to help us choose the best carpet to fit our needs. We left very happy and because they were all so nice we definitely wanted to work with them and very glad we did. The install with Eddie and Drew was excellent. You can’t go wrong with WCD. he showed up on time and did a great job! we needed drywall repair with a smooth finish it turned out great! he also installed 2 acess panels. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using him in the future.“

My red oak floors on my main level are 50+ years old and needed refinishing. Jerry explained the process up front in good detail and the pricing was very fair. He uses high quality finishing materials with a full cure in three days - very important so that you don’t need your furniture displaced for too long. Always on time, good communication throughout, and easily accommodating to my schedule over the three days of work in my home. And just as Jerry promised, absolutely NO dust. Hard to believe, but it’s true. I would definitely hire again, should the need arise.“

He was very accommodating in making some proposal adjustments we requested. Jason & Brian (installers) came out to do the initial review of the project and take measurements. We consulted three other contractors but Jason & Brian really made Northern Flooring stand out. They called out several things during their initial visit that were not mentioned by any of the other contractors - I could tell they were seasoned professionals. Job took a little longer than originally quoted, but that was due to what they uncovered during demo. Jason and Brian took their time and were focused on doing the work properly, which we really appreciated.
