“I do not usually write reviews but I recently recommended ABC Home Expert to one of my associates and he told me that ABC Home Expert had a recent bad review on Google. So I would like to share my experience with this company. ABC was referred to us in May of this year to help redesign and replace the kitchen in the Lake Forest house we were remodeling. Kate from ABC helped us with the kitchen design and quoted more than fair price for cabinets and installation. We already had other contractor started on re-doing bathrooms, drywall, painting and other remodeling. Unfortunately the performance and workmanship of the other contractor was subpar so we asked ABC Home Expert to provide us a quote for fixing issues created by other contractor and finishing remodeling, the price again was very fair. ABC team did excellent work and Kate from ABC personally ensured that all concerns were addressed, questions answered and work completed on time and budget. We've been flipping houses for over 10 years and ABC Home Expert one of the most professional and competent remodeling contractors we ever worked with. I was so impressed with their work that I immediately hired ABC to re-do my laundry and now going to use them to redesign and rebuild my kitchen. Kate from ABC has a passion for what she does. In my experience, not a single person from ABC that I dealt with in the past few months was unprofessional, rude or incompetent in any way. “Wanted to let you know how great this experience was. In the past whenever we did a home improvement, I had a couple of bad hiccups. Either the sales person ordered the incorrect product or the installers refused to offer the services the sales person promised. However, purchasing our new floor from America's Flooring was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I appreciate Lisa’s help in explaining the different styles and what to look for when considering Coretec Plus-XL flooring, Santiago's expertise and Manuel's along with his partner's attention to every detail of the installation. The project took 2.5 days but at the end of each working day all old materials were gone and their work area was neat and clean. “OHi completed our kitchen renovation. My wife found the designers easy to work with and it was very convenient that all she had to do was go to their showroom. In regards to the renovation, they did there best to not interfere with us and keep everything as neat as possible as we were still living in the house during the renovation. Their project manager Chris was very attentive to the whole process, and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had during the whole process. He made sure that everything was to our liking as if he was renovating his own kitchen. The end result is something that we are very happy with and reassures us that we made the right decision using OHi for the project.“

“I had some water damage to my floors in August from a leaky HVAC system. After doing some research on Yelp, I decided to give Ada Hardwood Flooring a call. From the start I liked Andrei's easy, down-to-earth manner. He was straightforward and clear about what needed to be done and didn't try to make the job out to be bigger than it needed to be. He quoted me a fair price for the project and then assigned his best detail guy, Adrian, to the job. Adrian arrived with his crew on a Monday morning and got straight to work removing damaged tiles and installing new ones. Adrian then came back over the next couple of days to finish up. I was concerned about them being able to match the new tiles and stain to the old ones but I think he did an excellent job and he wouldn't quit until he was satisfied with the results. I think the results speak for themselves - see photos included. As a satisfied customer I say you can trust Ada Hardwood Flooring with your flooring needs. My floors were in dire need of refinishing after 17 years and now they look like new. I'd give Sergiu and his team more than 5 stars, if I could, because they had to put up with so much trouble and drama with the staff in my building. The staff took a simple flooring install and turned it into a nightmare, full of drama and office politics and words like "policy" and "procedure." They disrespected me, Sergui and his team. Sergui remained professional and patient throughout, even when I didn't!10 stars!“
