For some, price is the priority; for others, it is time—specifically, how quickly the work will be completed; and for others still, it is the materials that will be used. For me, all of these factors are important as well. However, in my view, the most critical factor of all is customer service. Renovation is not a service that lasts just a couple of days or weeks; it is a long-term project. Renovation is communication. Renovation is about being heard—about having your questions answered, and having knowledgeable professionals by your side to turn your dreams into reality.
