Brian and his team were fantastic to work with! We recently purchased a condo in Chicago and knew that we needed to replace the floor in the guest room that was recently installed and wonky vinyl plank. When the floor was removed Brian’s team found a poor subfloor with black mold. They removed the hazardous material, poured concrete, and sealed/leveled the floor. They installed the new red oak floor and sanded/refinished the old worn red oak floors throughout all within a two week window. This kept our move in on time. Excellent experience! We highly recommend!
I can't recommend them enough. Everyone is super nice and responsive. I had a new floor put in and old ones refinished. Some places were very bad and it all completely looks brand new now! And every place the rooms met are flawless too. You are in great hands and get very high quality work from them
