“I cannot recommend Jerry’s Dust Free Flooring highly enough. Jerry and his partner recently refinished my hard maple floors, and the final results are absolutely flawless.
A few things that really stood out:
Truly Dust-Free: They use a professional cyclone dust extraction system that actually works. I didn't have to seal off rooms or cover our furniture in plastic sheets, and there was literally zero cleanup needed afterward.
Impeccable Attention to Detail: I was particularly concerned about my trim, but Jerry refinished the floors perfectly without removing the shoe molding, saving me from having to repair and repaint it. They were incredibly careful and didn't leave a single scratch or ding on our cabinets, trim, or doors.
Expert Knowledge: At my request, they filled the larger gaps between the boards with putty, and they finished the floor with Bona 2K Duo Satin. The floor looks absolutely brand new. Jerry’s experience and deep knowledge of wood finishing really show in the final product.
Punctual & Fair: Jerry showed up exactly on time every single day and his pricing was reasonable for the premium quality of work he delivered.
One minor note for improvement: While the craftsmanship is top-tier, I would have liked just a little more communication along the way regarding what to expect next in the process and when.
