“AFM was assigned by my home warranty company, american home shield, to service my gas furnace when it stopped heating. AFM was assigned first thing monday morning and they were able to schedule a tech to come out the same day. Anthony the tech called about an hour before heading over. Once he came out, he assessed the situation and was able to change out the igniter part that had failed. He was prompt in his work and overall this was handled quickly. Thank you AFM.“

“I had a new HVAC system installed in the attic of my bungalow after it was renovated. The A/C never worked right. I found Jarret on tik tok and sent him a message. Jarret came out and looked over the system and determined that the system was low on refrigerant.
