The entire process from getting system recommendation on options to replace 2 HVAC systems, the quote, ( we did get multiple quotes and GSHA had the best pricing hands down) to the installation was professional in every aspect. Cannot complement the installation crew enough as they did an outstanding job. Highly recommend the company
Peter was amazing and totally honest when talking to us about what were "wants" and "needs" for our project. He took the time to show us things and answered all questions we had. He did not rush us at all and then sent appraisals with notes attached so we understood what we were looking at. Prices are completely reasonable and we can't wait to start our project!
I have only positive things to say about GSHA. First, they gave me a very reasonable quote which included several options that were thoroughly explained to me. The turnaround was very quick and on install day they communicated very well. There was a small hiccup during the install day which they were quick to fix. The follow up after the install was also great. The install was very clean, and we are super happy with our new furnace. I will highly recommend Peter and team.
