Bass Mechanical is easily the best hvac company I have EVER worked with. We are new home owners with dual furnaces and air conditioning, on top of being very old units. The owner Dave personally contacted me to let me know both himself and his technicians know exactly how my brand of units work and will have no issues with repair. They also emptied and cleaned our water heater when we were having issues with sediment in our water, and showed us how to do it ourselves. Their technicians are considerate of our animals, very kind and most of all knowledgeable! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
Awesome service. Came out next day and fixed our ac on the hottest day of the year. Highly recommend!
Came home from work to an 80 degree home and realized my AC wasn’t kicking on. I called Bass Mechanical, they came out the next morning, and had me back up and running in only a couple hours! The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wore boot covers when he walked through our home, he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why the unit had stopped running. Extremely grateful for the quick service on these 90 degree days so my family can stay comfortable. Excellent service at a good price, would highly recommend! A+
