Our AC was having issues this morning, and I called Andrew, who had previously done work for us in 2016, and he was here within and hour and had us back up and running within a half hour. HIGHLY recommended
We've been using Andrew's Heating and Air for our HVAC needs for over 10 years now. Andrew's service and professionalism are unrivaled. He will NEVER rip you off and will ALWAYS be fair and explain EVERYTHING so that you can understand your systems.....making the best recommendations. Also, we have had a couple of furnace failures over the past few years and Andrew was right there...going above and beyond to save the day!
Overall an awesome system! I understand HVAC businesses are busy but there were a few things where I couldn't help but feel the attention to detail wasn't there. Left without sealing any of the gaps in the furnace system with foil tape (later completed after bringing the problem to attention). They installed the condenser without placing a pad underneath so the bottom is surrounded by mulch and leaves. Smart Thermostat blew due to a damaged wire, thankfully Andrew fixed this problem. The only thing I wish could have been different was for them to take the time to raise the area with the condenser and place a pad to keep the unit elevated.
