“I contacted Schoonover per the recommondation of another local company who was not able to clear a blockage. I left a message with an employee and received a phone call back in 20 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. They ended up calling me back and were able to come immediately. From my first phone call, to them leaving was a hour and a half. Matt and James were amazing. They were able to find the clean out trap immediately (the other company said I didn't have one) and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely be saving their information for any other plumbing issues.“

“Due to sewage drain problems we contacted D&S sewer service for help. D&S came to the rescue the next morning (we called later in the previous evening) and cleaned out the sewer drain, checked the indoor drains and toilets to ensure indoor drainage was working properly, completed the work in about an hour all for a very reasonable charge. They had a couple of recommendations to ensure good drainage flow in the future, which was appreciated.
It is great to have competent, polite people do their jobs in a timely manner. It was a relief to not have to hire better known business, who send some rude, non-communicative jerk, who doesn't know what their doing....and you get to pay a premium price for it.

He informed me my system is very old and will likely need replacing soon, but that he could probably fab something up to get me going at least through the season. The other company told us we'd have to replace the compressor or the entire unit, and it would be at least a week before they could have the unit installed.
