We had Jason Shields come to our house for a simple service call and he was able to accommodate our needs and even more. He gave us advice on how we can get the house running as efficiently as possible. We ended up getting much more work done that we didn’t realize needed to be done. As first time home owners he walked us through how to care for the plumbing of your home. A wet spot suddenly appeared on our first floor ceiling beneath an upstairs bedroom. Roto-Rooter was the third plumber we called, but had the earliest available appointment, so they got the job. They replaced a short section of copper water supply line to an upstairs bathroom, where a pinhole leak had occurred in a joint. The work is guaranteed for 6 months, and we don't expect any further problem with it.
