“We discovered a serious leak in the crawl space on Sunday afternoon. I called several plumbers before Bien & Son's. The calls went to voice mail. They said they would call back. Mr Bien picked up the call to his shop and said he would have one of his men call us. He did and was there with in an hour. Great service and a fair price. Strongly Recommended!“

“Overall experience with each individual employee is very positive and professional.I had Mattex fix my kitchen lights about 2 years ago, they've been giving problems since then. I called again and this time it seems they are properly fixed, but I got no discount for the fact that the original service was not done properly. This wouldn't matter except that their prices are quite high 200$ for the first failed fix and 700$ for the second. It shouldn't cost 900$ to fix a light fixture.“
