Super responsive, great work, reasonably priced. Everything about the entire experience of replacing our air has been pleasant even though my air going out during the heatwave was super unpleasant.
Out of the three companies I contacted, this is the only one who was friendly! Mark answered me directly - he listened to my needs and handed me an estimate was incredibly lower than I ever expected. As soon as we agreed to begin, work was underway! The entire team (Mark, Paul, and Noah) was friendly, respecful and informative. They answered my questions, did the work that I needed done and didn't suggest me to do more than necessary. They cleaned up after themselves and were mindful of my pet as well (a very nosy cat).
After the plumbing work, they linked me up with a like minded, fair and efficient company for my HVAC needs.

Southern Charm was a godsend to our family. We were already planning on using them when our son and his family came to celebrate Christmas. They were very flexible and accommodating. Tragically when my husband passed away I wanted someplace close for our son and his family to be. Plus they had a dog and we needed some place that would accommodate that. They made what was a difficult time much smoother by being flexible with us checking in and out. Their prices are very reasonable and the accommodations are great. The kids said the beds were comfortable too. We will definitely use them in the future when friends and family come to visit. It’s so nice to have a place right here in Saint Joseph. I would highly recommend them.
