The entire process was efficient, from a quick reply to an ad to a finished product that is perfect. They were communicative, keeping clients informed about when the team or subcontractors would be present, and workers were respectful of property. Every aspect of their work is TOP NOTCH, and five stars genuinely reflects the high-quality work.
Their craftsmanship is evident in the precision of tiling, drywalling, and painting, with projects turning out better than anticipated and within budget. They also completed a storm door replacement quickly and cleanly. The team, contractors, and suppliers are personable professionals who continually cleaned up while working and at the end of each day. Cody makes sure everything is done correctly and to the client’s satisfaction. Even with some delivery problems, they kept coming back until the job was complete. They were very fast with communication, made sure clients got what they wanted, and kept them in the loop. They worked hard, and it showed, making dream bathrooms a reality.

Everything about working with Cundiff Home Improvements was efficient. Received an ad from them by mail, called and left a message, got a quick reply, Cody and Kiersten came to talk about my ideas for the reno, received their bid within a few days and accepted their proposal. Construction commenced and the finished product is perfect. They were professional, communicative (kept me informed about when Cody and his team or subcontractors would be here), workers were respectful of my property and every aspect of their work is TOP NOTCH. Five stars genuinely reflects the high-quality work they do.

Choosing the right construction company is an endeavor that requires a good recommendation and thoughtful consideration, along with a gut instinct when making a final decision. We were very pleased with Cundiff Construction for two projects in 2024-2025.
In 2024, we asked them to remodel a bathroom. Their craftsmanship is evident in the precision of their tiling work, drywalling/mudding and painting. This project turned out better than anticipated and within the budget estimate - a defining characteristic of a dependable construction company.
